Alguém pode me ajudar. Por causa das quedas de energia que teve nesses últimos dias, acabou a energia aqui no escritório e desde que a energia foi reestabelecida eu não estou conseguindo mais acessar o servidor. Já reiniciei várias vezes o servidor e não está resolvendo.

I had a similar experience this last 10 days.
After RESETTING and holding the button 30secknds with a paper clip in the back near the power cord small internal button labeled.
I found that my router was not working properly and fighting for IP address with the server was one issue major issue. I replaced the router and then no more fighting for ip address local vs internet.
If 169.xx.xxx.xx appears then router is suspected if reset does not work.
IP 169….. Number appears on the face of Asustor then it is not accessing internet only accessing local network to connect and is stuck assignment.
Always have a no-break system protecting your equipment.
I was lucky and only fried my router not the server itself with power outages and lightning strike.
And using ai master app should be able to see “local servers “ (top right access) and then type in the showing IP address in the digital screen.
Another option is connect directly with cat 5 or cat 6 Ethernet to laptop see if you can enter that way.
